Kimberley completed her 200hr. yoga training in Rishikesh, India with her friend and teacher, Yogi Amit.
Her classes focus on a deep, slow yoga practice incorporating asasna, mantra and pranayama. She is also passionate about Iyengar yoga, thus there is an emphasis on alignment in her classes. "I see yoga as a way to heal our bodies, be it emotionally or physically. It is also a way to keep us strong, flexible and positive." |
